Well here we are again...on List-It Tuesday. And here I am again, not following the rules. Over at Aimee's blog, Artsyville, she is "listing" today about all the great things in your home you can uses for stencils, but I am a rebel...and I really only have a couple stencil ideas that I use a lot...and you can find those HERE.
Otherwise here is a list of some of my favorite personal mottoes, (for lack of a better word).
The one about the buffalo stampede is from personal experience. Word to the wise, never go to Yellowstone after dental surgery...perhaps that's another motto ; )

At least you rebel with humor and style! Great list... would love to hear more about that stampede episode...
I like your idea of emotional stencils - I think that's what you called it! Great quotes! {:-D
I use the rodeo one all the time when the kids are testing me
Thanks Jenifer, some are mine and a couple are "borrowed" : )
Kathy, I was having dinner with family some time after my family and I had been caught in an actual honest to god stampede, and when I was asked about if, I said, "what stampede, "...of course I did eventual remember but always chalk this lapse up to my roof canal, just before we left for Yellowstone.
And by roof canal I do, of course, mean root canal....lol!!!
I live to serve, don't even try to thank me...lol!!!!
Thanks Em...oh yes... A new motto... If you don't stencil, go rouge!
See above, lol! And thanks!!!
Mary, the first time I heard that I laughed so hard...!
Thank you Storybeader, I use the emotional landscape technique a lot : )
Mary, it was a waitress, and I was trying to describe a Greek omelette...funny : )
I especially like the buffalo stampede and the writerly pain (empathize!) one. I loved your stencil page, too! I hadn't thought of doing a human silhouette, but I really liked the way you used it.
